Jesse Silberberg leads the Innovative Schools portfolio, which aims to expand access to tech-enabled, student-centered learning environments across kindergarten through ninth grade.
He has spent the past 15 years advancing student-centered learning and helping organizations grow with purpose. Before joining the Foundation, Jesse built the coaching team at Minerva University, helped shape innovation and go-to-market efforts at Arizona State University and Google X, and brought together learning and product development at organizations including IDEO, Amazon, and a number of early-stage startups. He began his career as a consultant at Deloitte, where he supported education nonprofits on strategy and growth for long-term impact.
Jesse earned an M.B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley’s Haas School of Business and a B.A. from Dartmouth College. He lives in Brooklyn and enjoys wandering farmers’ markets, discovering off-Broadway shows, and experimenting with AI as a tool for creativity and connection.
