Shaili Kapadia, Senior Associate, People & Operations, supports the Foundation’s strategic initiatives, organizational operations, and talent development. With a strong commitment to operational excellence and enhancing end-to-end employee experience, she aims to cultivate a collaborative and innovative environment, empowering individuals to thrive and enabling teams to realize their objectives.

Drawing upon over seven years of experience in mission-oriented organizations, Shaili specializes in driving operational excellence and implementing talent acquisition strategies. During her tenure at BRAC International, Shaili was pivotal in facilitating organizational development, contributing to a team growth of over 250 percent. Before joining Overdeck Family Foundation, she also held roles at Shanti Bhavan Children’s Project, Food Bank for NYC, and the Neighborhood Charter School of Harlem.

Shaili has an M.P.H. from Columbia University and a B.S. in Public Health from Rutgers University. Outside of her professional endeavors, Shaili enjoys exploring her vibrant Brooklyn neighborhood, traveling the world, and dabbling in watercolor.
