Executive Assistant, Executive & Office Operations
Nia Padilla, Executive Assistant, provides primary support to the Foundation’s Executive Director and leadership team, while also managing office operations and event logistics.
She began her career as an AmeriCorps member in environmental education before moving into political communications and community organizing, where she honed her skills in public engagement and mission-driven work. Nia later transitioned into operations and executive support, partnering with nonprofit and startup leaders to streamline systems and scale their impact.
Nia has a B.A. in Environmental Studies from Stony Brook University. Outside of work, she enjoys singing and dancing, trying new restaurants, getting lost in a good book, and catching live concerts when she can.
