See our open roles

I feel very fortunate for the deep partnerships we have with our grantees who trust us with their plans, opportunities, and challenges. It’s a privilege to be able to support them to move to the next level through our grantmaking and strategic support.

It’s incredible to have the opportunity to fund organizations that are actively empowering educators to support every learner in their classrooms. I feel honored to play even a small role in their success

Working in philanthropy has really opened my eyes to what collaboration between research, practice, and policy can look like. I enjoy being able to connect the dots between the three sectors, and between the work our direct service and ecosystem grantees are doing. I’m always asking myself, ‘What if?

I love having the opportunity to learn about our grantees’ work and help them cross the finish line to secure funding. By creating as clear and streamlined a grantmaking process as possible, we can remove some of the administrative burden and help organizations focus on impact.

In this role, I have the opportunity to learn and the privilege to support others, drawing on my experiences as a Latina, a mother, and a nonprofit leader. I love building upon and improving policies and workstreams that can have a lasting impact on the employee experience and our broader mission.

Every day I’m inspired by our grantees and the role each individual plays in creating better outcomes for students.
