School Readiness
Create strong foundations for early learning.
Strategic staffing reimagines the traditional “one teacher, one classroom” model by creating team-based structures where educators with different expertise collaborate to support shared groups of students. These models aim to expand student access to effective teaching while creating more sustainable, supportive roles for educators, which is especially critical as teacher burnout and attrition reach historic highs. While some early research suggests that strategic staffing can improve student outcomes, the broader evidence base is still emerging. We invest in research to study the impact of strategic staffing investments to better understand if and how this approach can benefit students and educators.
