Professional Learning

Professional learning is essential for helping teachers strengthen instructional practices and improve the quality of their interactions with students. Research shows that sustained, high-quality professional learning, beyond one-time training, enables teachers to integrate new strategies effectively and adapt instruction to meet students’ needs. Building our knowledge of effective professional learning ensures educators have opportunities to continually grow their skills, supporting better outcomes for all students.
