Jesse Silberberg

Jesse Silberberg leads student-facing investments within the Foundation’s School Success portfolio, which aims to increase the number of kindergarten through eighth grade students demonstrating meaningful growth and proficiency in literacy and math.

He has spent the past 15 years advancing student-centered learning and helping organizations grow with purpose. Before joining the Foundation, Jesse built the coaching team at Minerva University, helped shape innovation and go-to-market efforts at Arizona State University and Google X, and brought together learning and product development at organizations including IDEO, Amazon, and a number of early-stage startups. He began his career as a consultant at Deloitte, where he supported education nonprofits on strategy and growth for long-term impact.

Jesse earned an M.B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley’s Haas School of Business and a B.A. from Dartmouth College. He lives in Brooklyn and enjoys wandering farmers’ markets, discovering off-Broadway shows, and experimenting with AI as a tool for creativity and connection.
