Project Description
This reports on a series of short-cycle randomized controlled trials (RCTs) of PowerMyLearning’s Family Playlists. Family Playlists are interactive digital learning assignments designed to engage families and students in the homework process, with the goal of improving academic mastery and social-emotional learning (SEL) skills. The studies include 162 sixth grade students in Los Angeles, CA during the 2020-21 school year. The report focuses on participants’ self-report social-emotional learning competencies.
